How to prepare?
1. Heat the water a little below the boiling temperature.
2. Add one gram of orthodox whole leaf tea for 250ml (one cup of water) in a pot with a strainer.
3. Add the water to the pot.
3. Steep the tea for two minutes (do not over step).
4. Miyo Ilam (orthodox whole leaf tea) tea is ready to be served.
